Bayhealth has been serving central and southern Delaware “with a mission to strengthen the health of the community one life at a time” for almost 100 years (founded in 1927). They are the largest healthcare system in the state and are a not-for-profit organization. Bayhealth has two hospital campuses for ENT: Kent Campus and Sussex Campus.
There are currently 2 ENT physicians in practice. We are looking to hire two new Otolaryngologists due to the passing of one of our beloved physicians and the recent growth of our patient population. There is over a 90 day wait for patients to be seen. This is truly a turn key practice and you will be able to ramp up with a full patient panel within months of your first day. In this position, you will see general ENT cases and have autonomy over your practice to subspecialize as well.
Bayhealth’s first hospital, Kent Campus (Dover), was opened by Dr. Joseph McDaniel and Dr. I.J. MacCollum in 1927 and has been serving the area “with a mission to strengthen the health of the community one life at a time” ever since.
Dover, Delaware can best be described as “Midwest with an ocean view.” It has the friendly charm of a Midwest community but with scenic ocean views. Driving through Delaware is serene, lined with green trees and nearly every person you pass through town will wave to say hello.
