Blue Mountain Hospital (BMH) is a 25 Bed, Level IV Trauma Center located in breathtakingly beautiful John Day, Oregon. Originally built in 1949, and relocated to its current campus in 1960, the hospital was recently renovated into the beautiful ski-chalet type facility it is today with waterfall and beautiful grounds with park benches and outdoor eating areas surrounded by the forests and mountain views that John Day is blessed with.

The primary care team consists of 5 FPOB physicians. All physicians and clinics are located on-site under one roof for BMH encompassing all services.
