Central Peninsula Hospital (CPH) is a 49 bed, full-service hospital located in Soldotna, Alaska which serves the Central Kenai Peninsula. The heart of the Kenai Peninsula, the charming town of Soldotna has lots going on, giving it the feeling of an up-and-coming community. With 5,000 people in town but 30,000 people in the surrounding area, you’ll get all the amenities of a big city, along with a very special small-town feel. It’s authentic Alaska at its best.
This would be building an outpatient Psychiatry program. CPH has an existing Behavioral Health team of Psychologists & Social Works that collaborate with the ED now, but we are looking to add the initial Psychiatrist. We have a NP that will be finishing her training to be a PSY NP, and we would look to bring on one additional NP to complete the team.
