Orthopedic Surgery Overview
Ivinson Memorial Hospital was established in 1917 as a community-based hospital. It is a 99-bed non trauma designated facility located in the heart of Laramie, WY. Ivinson Memorial is the main healthcare provider for Laramie and the surrounding areas. The hospital started a new orthopedic surgery service line in May 2021 which currently have one full time provider and a 2nd provider who works one week per month. The position is ripe with opportunity to build out an orthopedic practice in an area that has a huge need for another provider. Catchment area of the hospital is about 35,000 people and you would be working for a very financially stable hospital that has over 9 months of cash on hand.
