Both are focused 100% on clinical care – no call responsibilities – which supports efficiency and reinforces your role in critical patient moments.

Dr. Bates, Department Chair for 7–8 years, provides steady, engaged leadership. Though based in Temple, he’s on-site monthly for his IVF clinic and remains actively involved in Waco team development. From hosting candidate dinners to personally vetting hires, he balances system-wide vision with local support.
