Obstetrics

Your obstetrical practice will thrive with approximately 15+ deliveries monthly (more if desired), supported by comprehensive facilities:

• Two dedicated labor and delivery rooms
• 20 private postpartum rooms
• Two dedicated C-section rooms for immediate emergent availability
• Primary C-section rate of 17% and overall rate of 35%
• VBAC success rate of 49%

State-of-the-Art Maternal & Neonatal Services Include:

• 12-bed Level II NICU for newborns as early as 26 weeks
• 24/7 on-call neonatology availability
• New relationship with local MFM specialists
• OB hospitalist coverage for unassigned patients
• New OB emergency area with 3 private triage bays (opened 2024)
• Mother-baby care model with nursery availability for nighttime relief

Gynecology

Your gynecological practice will be equally well-supported, with access to five OR suites and a sixth under construction. Each surgical team includes a circulator, scrub nurse, and surgical technician—ensuring efficiency and excellence in patient care.

Cutting-Edge Gynecological Procedures Include:

• vNOTES (vaginal natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery)—over 100 cases performed, the highest volume in the country
• Acessa ultrasound-guided ablation for uterine fibroids
• Two Da Vinci Xi robotic systems available for advanced minimally invasive procedures
• Full range of conventional gynecological procedures

The hospital utilizes the Epic EMR system, ensuring seamless integration across the Baylor Scott & White network. Providers benefit from efficient communication, access to full patient histories, and a robust patient portal for secure messaging, appointments, and test results.

Support & Team

Your support team includes dedicated medical assistants, ultrasound technicians, and long-tenured nurses. This continuity ensures efficient workflows and a high-quality patient experience. The clinic also offers in-office lab testing and ultrasound, creating a one-stop experience for patients.

• The OB hospitalist team manages all unassigned patients, significantly reducing burden
