The compensation and benefits package reflects CMH’s commitment to competitive and fair compensation structures, as outlined in the FY25 CMH Clinical Associate Physician Compensation Plan. Details include:
Base Salary: The radiology position offers a base salary aligned with MGMA benchmarks for the western region, set at the median level for diagnostic radiologists, with adjustments for experience. In FY24, the standard base salary for a 1.0 FTE is set at $540,000, structured around 180 clinical shifts annually. Additional compensation may apply for radiologists with over ten years of experience, as per MGMA’s guidelines.
Shift and Extra Work Compensation: Extra shifts are compensated based on MGMA rates, with payments calculated for full or partial shifts beyond the annual target. These payments recognize the team’s commitment to maintaining continuous coverage and ensuring quality patient care.
Incentives: Physicians who meet or exceed quality metrics, specifically MIPS eCQM performance targets, are eligible for a $4,000 bonus per quality metric met. These metrics are designed to reward those who go above and beyond baseline expectations, with the goal of improving patient access, quality of care, and overall program growth.
Comprehensive Benefits Package: The benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance; malpractice coverage; retirement plan access; paid time off (PTO) per OHSU policies; and additional paid work opportunities. CMH also offers a competitive relocation package and a sign-on bonus, ensuring a smooth transition for incoming radiologists.
