All OBGYNs have been with Hospital for over 7 years, plus one new hire that we recruited (Dr. Blackett).  - Comprehensive Women’s Health Division- OB Hospitalists, GYN/ONC, MFM’s, Ped Hospitalists, Genetic Counselor, Lactation Consultants  
 - Schedule & Volumes: 
70% GYN Heavy Practice with 2 DaVinci Xi Robots 
Clinic- 3 to 3.5 Days per Week / 1 OR Day per Week  
Avg Monthly Volumes- 185 Clinic Appointments / 10-12 Deliveries / 10-12 Surgeries  
1:5 Call- 1 Dedicated Call Day per Week, 1 in 5 Weekends (Sat/Sun), post call off   - Epic EMR  
Only cover One Hospital:  
19-Bed Labor & Delivery Unit / 12 Labor and 7 Antepartum Beds / 2 ORs / 27-bed Level III NICU  
We Deliver at 26 weeks and up

                About the OBGYN Department  
                
                    
                        - The OBGYN group was founded in 2010 by Dr. Lisa Rice, still there and leads the department.  
 - Salem Hospital: 19 bed L&D unit, 12 Labor and 7 Antepartum; 2 ORs; Level 3 NICU  
 - Clinic – each provider has two exam rooms, 2 dedicated NST rooms (non-stress test), 2 procedure rooms  
 - Comprehensive Women’s Health Division – 4.5 OB Hospitalists, 9 Midwives, 1 GYN/ONC PA and 3 Gyn/Oncs from OHSU, 4 Maternal-Fetal support (consults only).  
 - Two DaVinci Xi robots in the hospital and ultrasound in clinic  
 - You will have one dedicated MA to assist you and dedicated nurses in the clinic that run triage calls, do NSTs, Injections, and prenatal intakes  
 - Dedicated L&D Anesthesiologist for epidurals and anesthesia   
 - OB Hospitalists functions for patients who don’t have prenatal care or whose providers are not with the hospital.   
 - Only group in area with greater probability of patients being delivered by their provider

 - They do not do abortions at the hospital.
