Physician Recruitment Process and Compensation Overview

You will get an annual base salary of $412K, that never goes away. There is no RVUs or productivity, it’s a flat base salary every year.

Sign On and Relocation are both offered and are considered their “Permissible Benefits” which Angela will work out with you during the interview process.

With this being shift work, there is no PTO offered.

The contract is for 2 years, and is a fully employed position with full benefits, and retirement included. South Peninsula Hospital provides malpractice coverage and pays for tail if you were to ever leave. There is a 90-day (without cause) out-clause for both parties and SPH does not issue a non-compete.
