  • Base Salary: $520,000+ aligned with academic rank, ensuring market competitiveness
  • Incentives: $15,000–$20,000 bonus linked to departmental quality metrics
  • Sign-On Bonus & Relocation: $40,000 sign-on and $10,000 relocation allowance to make your transition seamless
  • Clinical/Administrative Split: 90% clinical / 10% administrative, giving you leadership authority without losing clinical engagement
  • Paid Time Off: 56 total days, including 21 annual leave days, 12 sick days, 13 holidays (with a 5-day winter break), 10 CME days, and 1 education day
  • CME Support: $5,000 allowance plus faculty development funds for dues, subscriptions, and licensure
