Contracts are W2 permanent employed at 1.0 FTE, generally for a 3-year term with a 2-year base salary guarantee.
The below information is flexible for justifiable needs. If you are a high producer and can show us case logs or a justifiable reason for higher pay, or adjustable thresholds/wRVU payout, we can have that conversation, just talk to me. Current providers are earning upwards of 20k wRVUs and over 7 figures monetarily.
A base salary of $500,000-$535,000 will be provided based on experience. You will also be compensated with additional wRVU incentives with your threshold based on your base salary at a direct conversion rate of $65 per wRVU. We have current providers earning well over 20,000 wRVUs and earning well over $1,000,000 annually.
Your signing bonus (10% of base salary) will be tied to that for prorated payback amounts if you leave early. We can structure this signing bonus in different ways. For example, $25k stipend, $25k commencement, or $50k commencement – flexible.
There is relocation reimbursement available upon presentation of receipts.

Your malpractice coverage will be paid for by the employer and is occurrence based. Employer shall maintain liability coverage with minimum limits of $250,000 per loss and $750,000 per annual aggregate. AdventHealth has a trust they dip into for any further costs if necessary.Tail coverage of any previous employer needs to be provided by the employee in the form of an Extended Reporting Endorsement. The non-compete is generally 2-year with a 25-mile radius.
