Contracts are W2 permanent employed at 1.0 FTE, generally for a 3-year term. Your signing bonus will be tied to that for prorated payback amounts if you leave early. Your malpractice coverage will be paid for by the employer and is occurrence based. Employer shall maintain liability coverage with minimum limits of $250,000 per loss and $750,000 per annual aggregate. Tail coverage of any previous employer needs to be provided by the employee in the form of an Extended Reporting Endorsement. The non-compete is generally 1-year with a 15-mile radius.

For the right candidate, we can entertain a medical directorship stipend of $200/hr up to 10 hours per month. This equates to $24,000 per year.
Outpatient GIs will have a base salary up to $550,000 with up to a $50,000 signing bonus and $10,000 for relocation expenses. You will also be compensated with additional wRVU incentives with your threshold starting at 8,333 with a conversion rate of $60 per wRVU. Inpatient/Hospitalist GIs will be paid a straight salary up to $550,000 with a $30,000 signing bonus and $10,000 for relocation expenses.
