- Annual Salary: $580,500
- Fully Guaranteed in Perpetuity – No fluctuations based on productivity

Paid Time Off (PTO) & Work-Life Balance
ANMC offers an industry-leading time-off package, providing radiologists with ample opportunities to enjoy personal time, travel, and professional development.
- Total PTO: 54.5 days per year, including:
- 32.5 Vacation Days – Unrestricted personal time
- 10 CME Days – Supports ongoing education ($6,000 annual CME allowance)
- 12 Paid Holidays – Aligns with national and hospital-observed holidays
- Post-Call Recovery Time: 1 full week off after completing a long call shift
Signing & Relocation Bonus
ANMC recognizes that relocation can be a significant transition, and to ease the move, a $70,000 signing and relocation bonus is available.
- Flexible Payment Timing:
- Can be paid in advance of relocating to Alaska
- Can be deferred until after establishing Alaska residency (no state income tax)
Sabbatical Program – A Rare & Unique Benefit
ANMC offers a rare paid sabbatical program for long-term radiologists.
- Eligibility: After 3 years of continuous employment
- Sabbatical Benefit:
- 3-month paid sabbatical every 3 years
- Compensation: 60% of base salary during sabbatical
