Contract & Benefits

Pacific Companies is pleased to present a lucrative compensation package for the OB/GYN role at Alliance Health in Ponca City, Oklahoma. This package has been meticulously designed to reflect the value we place on our healthcare professionals, ensuring they are rewarded commensurate with their skills and dedication.

The successful candidate will enjoy a base salary of $400,000, guaranteed for the first two years of employment. This level of financial security provides a solid foundation as you transition into our dedicated team. Following this two-year period, the compensation model shifts to an RVU (Relative Value Unit) production model. This structure acknowledges and rewards the intensity and quantity of your work, providing an additional layer of earning potential.

Should you surpass the required RVU threshold, you'll qualify for wRVU productivity bonuses. These bonuses serve as additional rewards for your hard work and commitment to providing exceptional patient care. In total, it is possible to earn more than $600,000 per year.

For those managing the burden of student loans, Alliance Health provides substantial relief via the Oklahoma Physician Manpower Training Commission. Up to $200,000 in student loan repayment assistance is available, significantly reducing the financial strain associated with furthering your medical education.

To welcome you to our team, a generous $20,000 commencement bonus is provided, paid within the first 30 days of your employment. This upfront payment is designed to aid in your transition and make the initial stages of your employment as comfortable as possible.

We also understand the challenges associated with relocation and, to that end, offer up to $10,000 in relocation assistance. This contribution should ease the financial implications of your move and help you settle into your new community with minimal disruption.

It's important to note that both the commencement bonus and the relocation assistance are classified as taxable income, ensuring complete transparency in your financial engagements with Alliance Health.

This comprehensive and competitive compensation package reaffirms our commitment to attracting and retaining the best talent in healthcare, providing the resources and rewards necessary for you to focus on delivering top-tier patient care.
