Physician Recruitment Process and Compensation Overview

Once a candidate has successfully completed his or her on-site interview, they can expect a Letter of Intent within the following business week. Once the candidate has signed the LOI, they can expect a contract within the month from the ARH team.

The contract will offer:  

  •  Competitive salary with RVU production model around the 75th percentile (roughly $600k of earning potential if producing at the 75th percentile)
  • Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision and a 403(b)-retirement plan with immediate enrollment and 4% match
  • Loan forgiveness programs up to $150,000 over three years
  • Stipend considerations (for residents and fellows)
  • PTO – 29 days annually, including holidays
  • CME reimbursement with five additional PTO days
  • Malpractice coverage ($1 million to $3 million)
  • Immigration services available, if needed
  • H-1B availability, as well as J1 sponsorship
