Contract & Benefits

This will be a hospital employed position with a competitive base salary, full benefits and retirement with a match. The term of the employment agreement will be 24-36 months. 

The salary guarantee will be $300,000 for someone wanting 100% outpatient and up to $350,000 for someone willing to do both in and outpatient medicine and take ER call.

Retirement

  • Hospital contributes 9% of salary each pay period
  • Provider contributes 5% of salary each pay period

Health insurance Premium 

  • Hospital pays 75% of premium
  • Provider pays 25% of premium

Dental & Vision Insurance premiums 

  • Provider pays 100% of these premiums 

Seven (7) paid holiday 

  • New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day 

LTD, AD&D, Life through Unum 

  • Hospital pays for
