Physician Recruitment Process and Compensation Overview

3-year employment agreement
No non-compete clause with 120-day out clause

Compensation:
$400k-420k base salary- never goes away 
$100k sign-on for 3-year commitment
$20k stipend for travel, education, etc-flexible payout. 

Cyle 1 bonus- $1500 each-1.5 month ramp up time but can expect bonuses to be paid out monthly

Once you hit 300 cycles you will earn an additional- $450K
REI who has been there for 2.5 years is making around 1.1million with this comp model 

Profit Sharing offered after-2yrs &150 cycles, increasing IVF bonuses and ownership into the structure. No buy-in!
