Compensation includes a $240,000 - $260,000 base salary, sign on bonus and relocation bonus if needed. 
Benefits: Includes malpractice insurance, tail, health benefits (medical dental & vision), 401K and 25 days off (3 weeks PTO, 7 holidays, 5 sick days)
