2025 Physician Compensation Plan: Family Medicine

  • Total First-Year Income: $351,580 (base salary, sign-on bonus, quality incentive, and APC supervision)
  • Annualized Base Salary: $271,497
  • Sign-On Bonus: Up to $30,000
  • Relocation Assistance: Up to $15,000
  • Annual wRVU Target: 5,693 (semiannual = 2,846)
  • wRVU Conversion: $45.94 per wRVU above target
  • Quality Incentive: Up to $15,083 (prorated by FTE and start date)
  • APC Supervision Incentive: $10,000 per 1.0 FTE APC (up to $20,000 annually, prorated)
