Physician Recruitment Process and Compensation Overview

Compensation for this role follows a production-based model, with an initial two-year income guarantee of $650K-$750K. In addition to the base, a $30K bonus is available for cardiologists practicing in central Nebraska, along with performance-based incentives of up to $20K. The package includes comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, malpractice coverage, and 30 days of paid time off with six additional holidays. Candidates are also offered $15K in relocation reimbursement and a potential starting bonus between $20K-50K. They do qualify for the National Loan forgiveness program and the candidate would be eligible to apply.
