Compensation Overview

  • $265,000 Base Salary
    • Salary guaranteed for 12 months
    • Income potential: 90% MGMA
    • Production bonuses available after the first year:
      • $37.83/WRVU + additional $4.20/WRVU for achieving quality metrics
  • 30 Days TAP (Time Away from Practice)
    • Includes PTO, Sick Leave, and 7 Holidays per year
    • After the guarantee period, up to 32 days off (unpaid, 100% production-based pay)
  • Shortage Area Practice Stipend: $1,500/month for 60 months (experienced) or 48 months (new grads)
  • Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 per year of commitment ($30,000 typical for 3 years)
  • CME: 5 days off and $4,000 stipend
  • APP Oversight Stipend: $750/month per APP supervised
  • Quality Bonus: $10,000 per year
  • Residency Stipend:
    • 2nd-year resident: $1,500/month up to 24 months
    • 3rd-year resident: $2,000/month up to 12 months
  • Retention Bonus / Loan Forgiveness: $25,000 annually on 1st–5th anniversaries ($125,000 total)
  • Retirement Plans: 403B with matching funds and 457B
