Compensation Overview

$275,000 Base Salary.

  • Salary is guaranteed for 12 months.
  • Guaranteed salary is negotiable.
  • Income potential: 90% MGMA.
  • Paid monthly.
  • Production bonuses are available after the first year and will be based on 2024 MPFS WRVU’s:
    • $37.83/WRVU + an additional $4.20/WRVU for hitting quality metrics.

Time Away from Practice (TAP)

  • 30 Days TAP: Includes PTO, Sick Leave per Year, and 7 Holidays.
  • After the guarantee period, up to 32 days off (unpaid, as you will be paid 100% production).

Additional Benefits

  • CME – 5 days off and a $4,000 CME Stipend.
  • APP Oversight Stipend – $750 per month.
  • Quality Bonus – $10,000 per year.
  • Relocation/Sign-in Bonus – $75,000:
    • Half paid when you sign, half on your first paycheck.
    • Forgiven after 3 years.
  • Residency Stipend:
    • 2nd year resident – $1,500/month up to 24 months.
    • 3rd year resident – $2,000/month up to 12 months.

Loan Repayment or Retention Bonus

  • Student Loan Repayment: $25,000 per year for 5 years (total of $125,000).
    **Eligibility: Must have been in school within the last 10 years.
  • If no student loan debt: Retention Bonus of $25,000 per year for 5 years (total of $125,000).
