Compensation Overview

  • $265,000 Base Salary.
    Salary is guaranteed for 12 months.
    Guaranteed salary is negotiable.
    Income potential: 90% MGMA
    Paid monthly.
    Production bonuses are available after the first year and will be based on WRVU’s.
  • $35.66/WRVU + an additional $4.02/WRVU for hitting quality metrics.
  • 30 Days TAP (Time Away from Practice)
    Includes: PTO/Sick Leave per Year/7 Holidays
    After the guarantee, you can take up to 32 days off. This is unpaid time off as you will be paid 100% production.
  • CME – 5 days off and a $4,000 CME Stipend
  • Relocation/Sign-in Bonus – Negotiable starting at $75,000. Half when you sign and half on your first paycheck.
  • Residency Stipend –2nd year resident at $1,250 per month up to 24 months and 3rd years resident $2,000 per month up 12th months.
  • Student Loan repayment of $25,000 per year for 5 years for a total pf $125,000. ** To be eligible you must have been in school within the last 10 years.
  • If you do not have student loan debt, there is a retention bonus of $25,000 per year for 5 years for a total of $125,000.
