- Compensation: Salary up to $750,000 Salary guaranteed for 1-year wRVU Model (12 Months Guaranteed)
****Guaranteed salary is negotiable. - Production Bonus Based on WRVU’s
$89.74/WRVU + an additional $4.72/WRVU for hitting quality metrics for a total of $94.46 - Income potential is up to the 90% of MGMA, currently $850,000.
- Signing Bonus/Relocation Stipend - $20,0000, negotiable.
- Student Loan Repayment: $25,000/year to a max benefit of $125,000 or a Retention bonus: $25,000/year to a max benefit of $125,000 – offered to those that don’t have student loan debt.
