Schedule:
The basic schedule is going to be Monday – Friday with Fridays being a half day as the only requirement is to have 36 patient contact hours per week. On average you can expect to see 10 patients per day, and likely never more than 12. Shaun Keef, the CEO, prefers to let his providers dictate their own schedule and affords physicians the luxury of scheduling patients for as long as needed. They do not have a set block for new & follow-up patients, it is up to the providers.
Call:
The hospital bi-laws require providers to be on call 10-days a month. These can all be taken from home and the total volume is expected to be extremely minimal.
