$524,000 base salary

Call Compensation
Your call schedule includes 10, 24-hour call shifts per month, with additional compensation beginning after 4 shifts per month.

• 10, 24-hour call shifts per month
• $880 per 24-hour call shift after 4 shifts per month
• Additional call pay begins much earlier than a traditional threshold

Reservation Clinic Rotation
With a group of three providers, each physician rotates to the reservation clinic approximately once per week. The clinic is located about 25 minutes east, giving you the opportunity to expand access to women’s healthcare in a nearby underserved community without adding a significant travel burden.

PTO
You will receive 34 total days off annually, giving you time for rest, family, travel, and continuing education.

Relocation
Negotiable based on actual relocation costs

Loan Repayment
$171,000 over 4 years through the State of Arizona, with the option to extend longer as needed.
