Once you have decided you have interest in interviewing, your cv and cover letter will be submitted to the internal recruiter at (CRH). They’ll share that information with the group and if there is mutual interest, we will schedule an introduction/phone interview call with the group’s leadership team. Upon completion of this call, an onsite interview will be scheduled. Once mutual dates have been agreed upon, CRH will book your travel and create and onsite interview itinerary. I (Pacific Companies Consultant) will then schedule a call with you to get you prepared for the interview and review the interview itinerary. Upon the completion of the interview, we will schedule another call to discuss the outcome of the interview and to talk about next steps.
