Starting salary of $525,000 and $100,000 signing bonus Year 1.
For years 4 and beyond you continue to have a base salary of $475,000 which never goes away. In addition to your base salary, you will be earning RVU production bonuses and quality bonus incentives which should keep your income in the $550,000 to $700,000 range.
The health system recently increased its Paid Time Off program to increase the number of days off to 39 Days for the incoming physician. Unused PTO hours roll over to the subsequent years.
