• Practice Setting: Outpatient primary care across multiple modern clinic locations throughout the Fresno/Clovis area, allowing you to practice in well-equipped facilities with convenient access for patients
• Qualifications: Board certification/eligibility in Family Medicine; California medical license or eligibility to obtain one; commitment to quality care and collaborative practice
• Schedule Flexibility: 36 contracted patient-facing or administrative hours weekly with potential for 4-day work weeks (10-hour days) or 5-day weeks with customizable scheduling templates that you help design
• Balanced Autonomy: While the foundation provides structure around core elements like work schedule and locations, you maintain significant input into how your practice operates, including scheduling preferences and panel composition
