Compensation

CMC structures primary care compensation around a competitive base at the MGMA median with WRVU productivity incentives on top, so earnings scale with volume. Both roles share the same benefits package.

Loan Repayment

  • PSLF (Public Service Loan Forgiveness) eligibility
  • SC AHEC Rural Incentive Grant up to $15,000 per year for qualifying sites

Time Off and CME

  • 24 PTO days
