Physician Recruitment Process and Compensation Overview

  • Base Salary (Typically MGMA Median) Plus WRVU Bonuses – On the profile is communicated $325,000-$350,000 base. 
  • Production Bonuses are available based on WRVU – Calculated on an annual basis – Those physicians seeing 28+ patients per day are typically at $400,000+
  • Contract Length – 3 Year Term
  • Base Salary is Always Guaranteed.   
  • $30,000-$35,000 Signing Bonus (Paid after 30 days of employment)/Relocation.
  • Paid Time Off – 23 Days – Includes holidays, sick days and vacation. 
  • CME Time Off – 5 Days
  • CME Stipend - $3,000/year
  • Student Loan Repayment – Amount offered is negotiable depending on the overall offer. 
  • Retirement Plans: 401K and/or 403B, 401K matching, Voluntary 403B, 457B – 457B w/ matching. Eligible after 60 days of start date.
