Physician Recruitment Process and Compensation Overview

  • Base Salary (Typically MGMA Median) Plus WRVU Bonuses
  • MGMA Median - $530,000 - $540,000 – Salary is negotiable based on experience.
  • Production Bonuses are available based on WRVU. The RVU threshold and per RVU value will be based on the final salary amount utilizing the MGMA Survey. 
  • Contract Length – 3 Year Term 
  • WRVU Conversion Factor/ Threshold 
  • Base Salary is always guaranteed.   
  • $30,000-$35,000 Signing Bonus/Relocation Stipend - Paid after 30-days of employment and will have a 36-month forgiveness period.  
  • Paid Time Off – 22 Days 
  • CME Time Off – 5 Days 
  • CME Stipend - $3,000/year 
  • Retirement Plans: 401k and/or 403b, 401K matching, Voluntary 403B, 457B – 457B w/ matching.  You are eligible to participate 60-days after your first day benefits and retirement begin, the match up to 4.5 of 6% 
  • Paid Malpractice $1M/$3M and Tail (Upon Departure)
