Our cancer care system is built on a comprehensive, multi-disciplinary model, enabling you to work within a team that provides holistic treatment options for patients. This approach fosters a supportive environment where various specialists come together to deliver integrated and effective cancer care. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in tumor boards and conferences, contributing to a community of experts while continuously advancing your professional knowledge. 

Scope of Practice 

  • Full-Time Position
  • Two position options:
  • 100% Clinical – Further grow an established practice. 
  • Clinical position with a mix of academics:
  • Academic title through Central Michigan University with additional stipend for teaching.
  • Teaching OBGYN Residents 
  • 30% Academics verses 70% Clinical
  • Work Hours: 36 Patient Contact Hours/4 Admin Hours per week.
  • Schedule:
  • Clinic: 2– 2.5 days per week.
  • Operating Room: 1 to 2 days per week. 

Call

  • Frequency: 1:3 - No more than 10 days per month. 
  • On-Call Duties:
  • Average of one call per day. A busy day may see up to 3 calls.
  • Primarily phone consultations with patients seen the next day.
  • Proximity:
  • Ideally reside within a 30-minute response time to the hospital.
  • Preferably live in the local community.
