- Trauma Base Salary: $850,000, Bonuses begin above 10,625 RVUs at a rate of $80.00 per RVU.
- Upper Extremity Base Salary: $750,000, Bonuses begin above 9,375 RVUs at a rate of $80.00 per RVU.
- Total Joints Base Salary: $750,000, Bonuses begin above 9,375 RVUs at a rate of $80.00 per RVU.
- All positions will also earn quality incentives, $4/wRVU related to quality metrics.
Quality metrics based on - Chart closure within 3 days, Coding accuracy, Patient satisfaction and citizenship (meeting attendance). - Income Potential: They have multiple providers earning well over a million dollars annually with their highest earner making 1.5 million.

Continuing Medical Education (CME): $7,000 for travel/conferences + 3,500 for professional due reimbursement.
