This position offers a highly competitive and transparent compensation model that reflects the value of your expertise and the critical role you play in overnight care. With a guaranteed base salary of $580,000, a generous RVU multiplier, and lucrative opportunities for additional shifts, you can earn well beyond traditional benchmarks—without sacrificing your personal time or work-life balance.

Tail coverage is included, and you’ll be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package on day one. • Base salary: $580,000 annually
• RVU bonus: $45 per RVU beyond 12,888 annually
• Extra shift pay:
  • $3,200/day (Mon–Fri)
  • $4,200/day (Sat/Sun)
  • $4,200/day (Holidays outside of rotation)
• Sign-on bonus: $50,000 (split: half at signing, half with first paycheck)
• Relocation assistance: $15,000 (if desired)
• Paid malpractice insurance with full tail coverage
• CME stipend: $7,000/year
• Professional dues reimbursement: $3,500/year
• Licensure fee reimbursement: All annual licensing fees covered as pre-approved
• Sick time: 6 days annually (per ESTA policy)
• Comprehensive insurance: Medical, dental, vision, life, short- and long-term disability
• Retirement plans:
  • 403(b) with employer match (pre-tax or Roth options)
