You’d be joining a private practice with 4 ENT’s and 50 total employees. They have a long-standing partnership and affiliation with Eisenhower Health but operate independently. Dr. VanderWerf even shared with me that Eisenhower has tried to buy them out multiple times because they are doing so well, but the group declines so they can maintain their independence.
Eisenhower has 280+ providers, including 75+ Primary Care providers, that refer to Desert ENT.
Eisenhower doesn’t have any ENT’s employed in their practice, nor do they plan to do so. In fact, Eisenhower is providing an income guarantee to help financially back the new hire for Desert ENT’s practice.
