This is an employed position with Desert ENT, with benefits, and the opportunity to be a partner in the practice with ancillary income. You will have a base salary, with a productivity bonus.

Eisenhower is also offering a $100,000 starting bonus to the incoming physician.

1 Year Contract

Evergreen Contract: Automatically renews in 1-year terms.

90 day out clause

Year 1

Sign On: $100,000
Base Salary: $350,000
ER Call Stipend: $27,300($3,150 x 8.7 weeks of call)
Productivity: Net Collections (40% of net collections over threshold of $650,000)

Year 2 & Beyond

Base Salary: $350,000
ER Call Stipend: $27,300($3,150 x 8.7 weeks of call)
Productivity: Net Collections (40% of net collections over threshold of $650,000)
4 Options for Partnership: The average partner makes an additional $70,000-$90,000/year in ancillary income through these various avenues.

4. Their new clinic building
