The Neuromuscular Neurologist role involves treating complex cases requiring specialized care, including electrophysiology studies, Botox for spastic disorders, and monoclonal antibody therapies. The general neurologists will manage a wide array of cases including dementia, epilepsy, and Alzheimer's disease. The clinic has a large backlog for EMGs and neuromuscular cases, with typical appointment wait times of up to three months​​. Call responsibilities are minimal, with 24/7 coverage rotating among the group approximately every seven weeks​​.
