This hospital employed position offers a guaranteed base salary with the ability of earning $400,000+ per year using an wRVU production model.
You will receive a base salary of $300,000 with an wRVU threshold of 5400. Once you have surpassed the threshold, each wRVU will be paid at $58. You will also receive additional wRVU compensation for each advanced practice provider you manage. Currently this compensation has averaged an additional $2,000 per month.

Professional Dues, Subscriptions, Memberships, CME: Professional dues, subscriptions, books, license fees, board certification, CME including travel, lodging and meals associated with CME in up to $5,000
Sign-on Bonus - $25,000
Relocation Assistance - $10,000
Resident Stipend - $2,000 per month until to start date, capped at 12 months.
Student Loan Forgiveness – up to $20,000 per year for qualifying loans, up to 4 years.
