Dr. Alan Bruns is the lead ENT and section chair of the group. He is a .7 FTE in the OR once per week and doing outreach ½ day each week in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota. He produces around 7,200 RVUs/year (around median). Dr. Bruns went to medical school in Maryland and residency in Hawaii. He is not originally from North Dakota but has fallen in love with Fargo and found his practice here to be rewarding professionally and financially.

Dr. David Tsen is a 1.0 FTE. He is in the OR 1-2 times per week. He attended medical school in Texas and residency in Iowa. He enjoys practicing in Fargo because his patients are very appreciative and overall are very compliant.
