Position Overview
Our location on Lake Superior serves as a referral center for the region, servicing a patient population of almost 500,000 with patients coming from Northern Minnesota, Michigan, Wisconsin and sometimes even Canada. Appointments are currently booked out 2 months in advance. Over the years, it has developed into a high acuity practice. There are some private, solo practice otolaryngologists that refer the high acuity cases to Essentia. Within Essentia, there are strong referral patterns with primary care, pediatrics, dermatology, and endocrinology; all referring to our ENT group.
