Contract & Benefits

Compensation includes a two-year salary guarantee with a transition to a wRVU model thereafter. Quality bonuses are available, providing up to 5% of annual income based on specific quality metrics. A sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are offered, with repayment terms if the provider does not complete the two-year guarantee period. The benefits package includes health insurance, malpractice insurance with tail coverage provided, and qualification for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF). CME allowances and annual quality incentives are additional benefits.
