This position is going to be a W2 Employed position through Gastroenterology Consultants of Savannah. You will have a base salary of $400K, for two years, after which you are able to buy into the Partnership. You will also be available for year-end discretionary bonuses, which are not guaranteed.
In addition to the base salary, there is a sign-on Bonus of $25K and they will pay for relocation, up to $20K.
This position has a full benefits package including health insurance through Blue Cross/ Blue Shield, dental, Vision, Disability, FSA and a 401 K with a match up to 3%.
During the first two years of employment, you are eligible for 30 Days of PTO, plus all federal and state holidays off.

In 2023, every partner was paid out $402K in distributions from the Endoscopy Center (Once the ASC expansion is complete, they anticipate this number increase by 75%). They also took home an average of $287K in distributions from GCoS, for a total ROI of over 80%. The overhead for each provider fluctuates between 37-39% of Gross Billables.
Overall, the company is doing great financially. They have zero debt (minus the real estate they just purchased for the ASC expansion). Overall, Gastroenterology Consultants is up 38% vs 2022. Then Endoscopy suite alone, Gross Profit is up 17.8%, net income is up 71% over 2022. Once the ASC expansion is complete, they anticipate this number to increase drastically.
Regarding production:
Dr. Borak did 1,882 procedures in the ASC and took home over $1.6 Million dollars.
Dr. Wiggins did 1,766 procedures in the ASC and took home over $1.5 Million dollars.
Dr. Hunter did 1,597 procedures in the ASC and took home over $1.3 Million dollars.
Dr. Tharpe did 1,399 procedures in the ASC and took home over $1.1 Million dollars.
Dr. Mansour, the newest partner, is on track to do 1,474 procedures and take home over $1.275 million in his first year as a partner.
As the newest partner, Dr. Mansour anticipates being able to completely pay off his buy-in by the middle of the 2nd year and be earning $1.5 Million Dollars a year every year after that.
