You will receive a 2-year renewable contract which will have a perpetual salary and quality bonus. After 2 years it renews and will contain a salary increase. Your agreement will include full benefits (medical, dental, vision), retirement options, 6 weeks PTO plus holidays, 5 days paid CME ($5K), and malpractice insurance including tail insurance. There is also opportunity for student loan reimbursement up to $150,000.
