Article Title

Berkeley has Dr. John Peterson, who is the retiring physician whose patient panel you would take over. Then, there’s Dr. Caleb Jeon who’s crushing production as a new provider due to the demand. There is an experienced PA, Helen, who has been there for 25
years, and she has great relationships with staff and patients. Albany has two fantastic Dermatologists with established patient bases and great reputations. There is currently a wait time of 70 days for new patients. Additionally, these providers are nearing retirement, so the ownership of market share presents a huge opportunity for any incoming provider.
