Base Salary: $315,000 plus Production Incentives
Rate per RVU: $68
Monthly Threshold: 450
Sign on: $20,000
Relocation: Dependent on distance travelled
Student Loan Forgiveness- Paid directly to lender

6 weeks of PTO
5 CME Days + $3,000 Stipend

403b Retirement Plan  - GS contributes up to 6% total. Employer contributes 4% to employee account.  Additionally, they will match 50% of employee contributions up to 4%.
