Attractive Compensation Package: $315,000 Base Salary, Production Incentives, Sign-On Bonus, and Comprehensive Benefits for Healthcare Professionals

Base Salary: $315,000 ($305K Median- MGMA) plus Production Incentives
Rate per RVU: $68
Monthly Threshold: 450
450 x 12 months =5,400 (4011-25th, 5528-Median-MGMA)

173 days worked/12 months or 14.41 workdays a month. 450 RVUs/14.41=31.2 RVU’s per day.


Let’s say it was 1.8 RVUs per patient encounter and you see 20 patients a day. Then we take 20 x 1.8 =36 RVU’s a day. 36 x 14.41 (days worked) =518 RVU’s in a month.

518-450=68 RVU’s that will get the bonus of $68. So, 68 (RVUs) x $68 =$4,624. The $4,624 is the monthly bonus.

$4,624 x 12=$55,488K + $315K = $370,488K

Sign on: $20,000
Relocation: $10,000
Retention: $15,000 annually paid upon the last calendar year date of contract
Value- Based Bonus: Awarded up to 5% of yearly compensation
Student Loan Forgiveness- Paid directly to lender

5 CME Days + $3,000 Stipend

GS contributes up to 6% total. Employer contributes 4% to employee account.  Additionally, they will match 50% of employee contributions up to 4%.
