Your income potential starts with a robust base salary of up to $500,000, positioning you well above many neurological opportunities nationwide. As your practice matures, the productivity component rewards your growing impact without creating unsustainable expectations.

  • Substantial base salary of up to $500,000
  • Productivity incentives after reaching 450 RVUs monthly
