Physician Recruitment Process and Compensation Overview

A Financial Package That Reflects Your Value

Good Shepherd Health offers a compensation structure that ranks among the most competitive in the Pacific Northwest for gastroenterology. The package combines a strong base salary with productivity incentives, substantial bonuses, and comprehensive benefits that address both immediate needs and long-term financial security. This is a health system that understands what it takes to attract and retain excellent physicians in a competitive market.

The financial terms reflect both the critical need for your services and Good Shepherd's commitment to building a permanent, stable gastroenterology program.
