$250,000 - $300,000 Base Salary (Based on Experience)

Benefits

Vacation - Company pays 

4 weeks vacation per year, available after first 6 months of employment. Employee will receive 2 weeks at 6 month anniversary and then receive 1 week per quarter (January, April, July and October). If not full-time, vacation accrual is prorated.

Accrues from start date but not usable until after 6 months of employment

Personal Accruals - Company pays 

4 days per year 1 per quarter

Immediate if you start March you will get a day April 1st

Sick Accruals - Company pays

12 Sick days per year.

Accrue 3.69 hrs per pay period until you reach 6 months then you will accrue 3 days per quarter

Holidays - Company pays

12 Holidays per year

Health Insurance

A portion is paid by the employee depending who is going to be covered on the plan
