Health First offers a competitive base salary with an RVU-based incentive package. They also offer a comprehensive benefits package. Please see the details for the compensation proforma and benefits:  

Compensation

  • $556,000 2-year guarantee 
  • RVU’s of 59.89 after a threshold of approximately 9,200 and you are eligible to earn bonuses right away.   
  • Current GI’s produce an average of 9753 RVU’s, equal to $584,107. Our overachieving GIs are producing around 12,000 RVU’s equaled to $718,680.  

Recruiting incentives

  • Arrival Bonus: $15,000
  • Relocation assistance: Up to$15,000
  • Student loan forgiveness: no funds offered but we are an eligible site.

Benefits

  • Medical, dental, vision, 401k, income deferral plan etc. 401k match is $.40 on the dollar up to 8%.   
  • Malpractice with tail coverage will be offered.
  • PTO 30 days – 6 weeks 
  • 5 days CME – 1 week
  • $6500 towards CME per fiscal year.
