I have personally helped recruit two physicians to the organization and area so I’m happy help guide you through any of these topics, including what you should expect to see in the contract, so you have all the information you need to make an evidence-based decision.
First IV: Phone screen by Michael Reynolds, Manager of Recruiting for Howard Brown
Second IV: Zoom Interview with Dr. Patrick Gibbons.
Third IV: Formulated, Virtual Panel interview with Drs. Gibbons and some providers from various clinics.
Fourth IV: Onsite (if needed)
Michael will extend an offer to you verbally and in an email, explaining the compensation structure and benefits. Once you accept, they will email their employee agreement via DocuSign. Once you sign that contract, you will plan out your start date and start their credentialing process which typically takes 8-12 weeks. I can also help you with the medical licensing process if you don’t already have an Illinois license.
